IF your sound card and computer allowed you to listen to the voice of David Fasold as
you CLICKED the above UNDERLINED TITLE....You heard him mention a person's
name, Reshit Sarihan, an EARTHQUAKE, and a date, May, 1948.......
I interviewed David Fasold in his home in Southern California in late 1989 about his
exploration of the Noah's Ark remains.....at which time I made this recording. David
Fasold gave "credit" to Reshit Sarihan for recognizing the "boat shape" of the
formation revealed by the earthquake in May 1948. Without the EARTHQUAKE it
is unlikely that this recognition would have occurred, either by Reshit the farmer, or by
Ronald Wyatt and David Fasold.... Another EARTHQUAKE in 1973 further emphasized
the BOAT SHAPE.
There are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of "boat shaped" formations in nature..... What
makes this one UNIQUE, is that it is in a place near greater Mount Ararat, across a
small valley on a lesser peak, Masher Dagi, in a long mud and rock slide which no doubt
originated thousands of years ago on the larger mountain.... Masher Dagi means "Doomsday"
in the local dialect.... With metal detectors and sub-surface interface radar Wyatt and Fasold
have demonstrated iron fasteners, or their traces, at exactly the points in the formation that
such would be necessary to hold together the framework of a large boat or reed raft of
exactly the dimensions of the Biblical Noah's Ark...... Coincidence?... It seems very unlikely.
Wyatt and Fasold were featured on a 20/20 Television Special at a time when Ark
Expeditions were very much in the news... Ron Wyatt wrote a small book for a limited
reading audience trying to equate what he had found with the mythical "Gopher Wood" of
Genesis, but David Fasold concentrated further on Pre-biblical literature and as a nautical
engineer recognized the liklihood that it was made, like other ancient large boats and rafts,
of REEDS... [Kon-Tiki, "RA" Expedition, etc] ...He carefully worked on its presumed shape
and structural details, supported by the metal detector and subsurface interface radar findings,
and finally wrote THE ARK OF NOAH.
What makes the EARTHQUAKE of great interest to me and others interested in Biblical
prophecy and the SUPERNATURAL is that it occurred within the same month and year
as the REBIRTH of ISRAEL [also May 1948], in a temporal fashion connecting
"NOAH'S ARK" and the "FIG TREE"....the two consecutive parables of Jesus in Matthew
Chapter 24, that identify what will happen at "the end of the Age".... Soon after I visited
NOAH's Ark myself in June of 1990, I appeared on a Christian Television Network in a
Television Interview on this subject, and was also featured on about a week's daily radio
