FIRST THINGS FIRST!
If you start the day with
a cigarette and a cup
of Coffee, or a Coke, donut,
and sausage
biscuit, you've pretty well
lost the game
before you even start it!
THINK FRUIT and
LIQUIDS and FIBER!
Recommended way to start the DAY:
Drink a glass of warm water with
perhaps a touch of lemon, or herb tea...
Go outside and say Hi to God and the world
of Nature, smell the flowers, listen to the
birds sing!
Walk long enough and fast enough to make
your heart beat faster, and deepen your breathing...
When you return, you'll be ready for a
GOOD BREAKFAST,
which MUST contain OATMEAL of
the regular whole oats type [usually now
showing a little red heart on the package,
to show it's good for your heart]
If you are totally allergic to OATS, use
some other whole-grain cereal you CAN eat!
Eat some FRUIT now and every time
you are dying for a snack,
or celery, or carrot sticks....
It is impossible to eat enough natural fruit
to get fat or stay fat [if that's all you
eat!]

Do NOT eat any sausage, bacon,
greasy potatoes, or fried
eggs for
BREAKFAST!
Buscuits and gravy are permissible
if the
gravy has no grease or sausage
in it...Toast and
jelly is better than toast and
butter or margerine.
One hard-boiled egg is better than
two, and
removing most of the yoke is better
yet!
