| Ancient Lord of the Skies |
Although some have seen the craft we call "Flying Saucers", the government of the USA quite consistently has denied their existence, and given often bogus or conflict- ing explanations for those "sightings" when they cannot totally discredit them. In the days of old, long before our present age of technology, there were no human guided or flown aircraft or rockets, and if the people saw something like this in the skies, they could only be the "gods"....no other explanation was possible! |

The team, led by Alexis Mallon, found remains dating the highest usage of the site between from before 4000 BC to circa 2000 BC. |
Lastly here: Top right is an object made of pottery of a rather strange shape. Sort of like a dish, but not a dish. ..No one knows it's real use. ...Top left and bottom of our display are paintings found on the collapsed walls in two housing areas. ...The 8-pointed star may have been oriented like a compass, but the strange objects pictured below seem to be some sort of flying craft with which the personell who staffed this outpost could rise like a helicopter and survey the surrounding area for suspicious activities. As the excavation continued a conspicuous feature of a technical area found near the housing area was rectangular rooms containing pits, often in pairs. ..When the pits were excavated, levels of ashes alternated with sand to cover the previous ashes, etc. These could not have been ordinary fire-pits, because there were far too many of them.... Outside the ground was littered with fractured stones and blackened pebbles that looked like they had been very hot. The presence of the pictures of the unusual craft, plus the compass-like drawing, suggests that these pits may have been used in some way to launch the craft pictured. ...In any event, if you were ingaged in some type of criminal or forbidden activities between 4000 and 2000 BC, and you saw something coming after you that looked like the above pictures, and had nothing to fight back with besides stones and spears and arrows, wouldn't you give up? |

It is interesting to note that this area, just across from Jericho near the Jordan River, was exactly where a number of unusual events occurred much later than 2000 BC. .Here the Bible Jacob wrestled with an unknown stranger he decided was "divine". And here Elijah rode a fiery chariot after being lofted skyward by a "whirl-wind". |
